Welcome to the Guzman Investment Center website. Use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement, which Guzman has the right to revise at any time.  By using this website you are acknowledging that you are aware of and accept the terms and conditions of the current User Agreement. Please note that "Guzman" refers to Guzman & Company and each of its affiliates, directors, officers or employees may revise.

  1. This agreement governs use of the Guzman Investment Center website. It is separate from your customer account agreement and any other agreement relating to any account you may have at Guzman. The customer agreements and other agreements to which you may be a party set forth additional obligations you have as a Guzman account holder.
  2. Please be aware that the services including investment recommendations and subsequent securities transactions are limited to residents of states in which Guzman & Company is registered. Guzman will not honor requests for passwords, account applications or services unless the request is from a resident of one of the following states:  AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA.
  3. Guzman does not provide, nor does it intend to provide, legal, tax, accounting advice through this web site. You understand that certain information on this website, including information made available from third parties, is provided "as is." Although Guzman provides and/or makes available information from sources it believes to be reliable, Guzman does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information provided, nor does it warrant the merchantability or fitness for a particular use, or make any other express or implied warranty, with regard to such information.
  4. Guzman makes no representations whatsoever about any other websites which you may access through this one. When you access a non-Guzman website, please understand that it is independent from Guzman, and that Guzman has no control over the content on that website. In addition, a link to a non-Guzman website does not mean that Guzman endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.
